1. Information We Collect
When you create an account and use AdvancedData, we collect:
- Account information: Your email address, name, and password (hashed and salted).
- Decision data: Titles, descriptions, scores, outcomes, and any context you provide when logging decisions.
- Business metrics: Revenue figures, growth data, and analytics you connect or enter manually.
- Integration data: If you connect Stripe or Google Analytics, we access read-only data from those services via OAuth tokens. We never store your Stripe secret keys or GA credentials.
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and session information via Google Analytics (anonymised).
2. How We Use Your Data
- Decision scoring and analysis: Your decision data is processed to generate scores, classifications, and AI-powered strategic briefs.
- AI processing: Decision descriptions and context may be sent to third-party AI providers (Google Gemini) to generate strategic briefs. This data is not used to train AI models.
- Community benchmarks: Decisions marked as "public" or "anonymous" contribute to aggregate benchmarks. Anonymous decisions never reveal your identity.
- Calibration and accuracy: We track prediction accuracy to help you improve your decision-making over time.
- Product improvement: Aggregated, anonymised usage patterns help us improve the platform.
3. Stripe Integration
If you connect your Stripe account via Stripe Connect:
- We access read-only revenue data (MRR, subscription counts, churn rates).
- We store OAuth access tokens securely. We never see or store your Stripe dashboard credentials.
- Payment processing for subscriptions is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or payment details.
- You can disconnect Stripe at any time from your dashboard, which revokes our access.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with:
- AI providers: Decision context sent for brief generation (not used for training).
- Stripe: For payment processing and revenue data syncing.
- Google Analytics: Anonymised site usage tracking.
- Team members: If you use workspaces, team members with access can view shared decisions.
5. Data Security
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption.
- Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms.
- OAuth tokens for integrations are stored encrypted.
- Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel only.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Export your data: Use the "Download CSV" feature on your dashboard to export all your decisions.
- Delete your data: Contact us at advanceddata7@gmail.com to request full account and data deletion.
- Control visibility: Set any decision to "private" to exclude it from the public directory and benchmarks.
- Disconnect integrations: Revoke Stripe or Google Analytics access at any time from your dashboard.
7. Cookies
We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in. Google Analytics uses cookies for anonymised usage tracking. No advertising cookies are used.
